General Practitioner´s Office - Adults

- We offer free medical care to patients of foreign nationality on the basis of a visa or if you have another type of insurance. If you need medical treatment, bring your visa or insurance contract, passport and medical reports, if applicable, with you to your first treatment.
- We admit all patients regardless of their origin or native language. The doctor speaks English, German, Russian, Hungarian and Lithuanian.
Our care:
- We offer comprehensive medical diagnostic and medical care. Examination and treatment of common acute and chronic diseases, including dispensary care (hypertension, thyroid disease, diabetes, etc.), prescription of medications, etc.
- We provide preventive examinations, screening examinations (e.g. fecal occult blood test), health and illness counseling, and regular vaccinations.
- Blood, urine and other biological material are collected directly at our workplace. Some blood tests, e.g. CRP values - i.e. "signs of inflammation" - or Tp, D-dimers - are evaluated on machines in the office within a few minutes.
- We perform pre-operative examinations before various procedures directly in our office.
- We are happy to advise our patients on their health problems by phone or email (praktik@fnol.cz). Fast working and reliable
- In addition to the previously mentioned CRP, glucose, Tp T and D-dimer tests, we also provide in-office testing of occult (hidden) bleeding in the stool, which helps to detect, for example, the early stages of colon cancer, ECG testing - i.e. "heart filming", which is used in the diagnosis of a wide range of heart diseases, and ABI - measurement of ankle pressures for early detection of coronary artery disease of the lower limbs. We also provide prevention of diabetic foot syndrome.
- Patients who are unable to attend the surgery for medical reasons will be visited and treated in their own home.
